Job Summary:
The Department of Transport Services is seeking a qualified and experienced Transport Assistant to join our team at Giyani Campus. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about transportation and administration.
Key Performance Areas/Core Functions:
– Booking of fleet vehicles and reading back of kilometers
– Registering students for bus transport
– Handling queries from students in relation to bus transport
– Office administration
– Effective filing and record keeping
– Financial administration
Requirements:
– Academic Qualification: NQF level 4, National Senior Certificate or equivalent
– Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in office administration
– Knowledge:
– ITS System
– Booking of fleet vehicles
– Pre-inspection and post-inspection of vehicles
