To provide comprehensive and accurate investigation, diagnosis and resolution of all client inquiries, requests, compliments and complaints to maintain positive client experience and minimise risk and losses to CIB.
Qualifications
- Matric, Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce, Consumer Services
Experience Required
- 3-5 years previous banking experience – must have
- 3-4 years general client services and/or support capability with proficient technical experience
- Client relationship experience preferred
- Experience resolving client services issues across multiple internal stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of Banking products, services and channels
