Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team at Blue Route Mall. As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales, controlling costs, minimizing risks and stock loss, and ensuring world-class store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a team to achieve business KPIs, including sales, customer service, and stock management
– Maintain a healthy store culture, following security measures and stock and cash handling procedures
– Drive cost efficiencies and manage administrative duties according to company guidelines
– Train, coach, and performance-manage a dynamic team of Dynamos
– Maintain general health, safety, and housekeeping standards
Requirements:
– Education:
– Grade 12
– Proficient in English
– Relevant tertiary education (degree/diploma in business/retail) is an advantage
– Experience:
– 1-2 years’ experience in a retail leadership role
– Skills:
– Computer literacy (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite is an advantage)
– Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
– Ability to plan, lead, organize, and control
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
