Job Summary
Eskom is seeking an experienced Manager Security to lead and manage security operations within the NTCSA Western Grid business unit. The successful candidate will oversee security strategies, asset protection, crime prevention initiatives, and security service providers.
Minimum Requirements
Qualification
- B Degree, BTech, Advanced Diploma, or National Higher Diploma (NQF 7) in:
- Security Management
- Policing
- Law
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a security environment.
Additional Requirements
- Positive State Security Agency (SSA) security clearance.
Key Duties
- Manage security operations and crime prevention.
- Protect company assets and infrastructure.
- Implement security strategies and plans.
- Manage security contractors and service providers.
- Advise management on security matters.
- Lead and develop security teams.
