Key Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with stock take and store administration
• Monitor and analyse stock movement within store to reduce shrinkage
• Implement risk management procedures for stock loss prevention
• Ensure compliance with all admin, systems and reporting procedures
• Extract store reports to analyse turnover and stock performance
• Organise and maintain in-store filing systems
• Monitor cash/transactional activities and POS processes
• Uphold in-store safety and security procedures
• Process customer transactions via retail POS system
• Identify customer needs and establish loyalty through reward programs
• Take initiative to improve customer experience and satisfaction
• Adhere to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Work with team to meet sales targets and store objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years retail or administration experience
• Computer literate – MS Office + POS systems
• Remain in sync with latest fashion trends
• Passion for customer service and sales environment
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced retail environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Good verbal and written communication skills
