McDonald’s South Africa is looking for Trainee Manager’s to work in our restaurants, within the Cape Town area. We are looking for individuals who have a degree in the following qualifications – either you’re studying towards one, or you already have a qualification equivalent to a degree:
- Retail
- Cost & Management
- Hospitality
- Food & Technology
- Education
- Human Resources
Further requirements:
- Essential, is an interest and a strong passion for working in a fast-food high-paced environment
- A willingness to work flexible hours
- Comprehensive writing and communication skills
- Individuals who are self motivated
- Individuals who can work independently or as a team player
- An enjoyment in working with people and interacting with customers
- Be prepared to undergo rigorous training
- An individual willing to work their way through the system to get to the next levels of management
- Willingness to relocate where need be
