What is Lead Warming?
Well put it this way.. Cold is not usually a positive association. Cold coffee. Cold weather. Cold attitudes. Not a lot of people will jump up and down with excitement when you’re describing something cold…unless it’s ice cream.
The same goes for cold leads. They’re not the easiest to work with–and you need to find a way to warm them up while prospecting without being annoying.. So this is where YOU come in!
The perfect candidate is someone who is not afraid to dial a number and use your dazzling charm to get a potential customer to hear what you have to offer.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be required to work standard business hours Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. Your Targets will include making 350+ calls per day with over 3.5h Talktime with a minimum of 20 Qualified Sales Leads per day.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must have a Fixed line (ADSL), Fiber or at least a 4G internet of 4Mbs speed or higher. Must have your own PC/Laptop or tablet, headset. 1 Years + Outbound Call centre experience.
Package & Remuneration
*Note – Contract terms offered by the company are of the Independent Contractor, meaning there is no basic salary, instead you will be able to generate uncapped amount in commission for every sale you make.
