- R138 486 per annum
Minimum Requirements
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Relevant cleaning experience in a healthcare facility
Inherent Job Requirements
- Willingness to work at other clinics within the sub-district
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Capability to operate heavy-duty cleaning and household equipment
Key Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently and follow safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties, including:
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
- Cleaning windows and interior walls
- Handling and disposing of waste appropriately
- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- Ensure proper use, storage, and care of cleaning materials and equipment
- Adhere to occupational health and safety policies
- Support waste management processes
- Assist the Operational Manager with housekeeping tasks, including:
- Managing cleaning equipment
- Handling and caring for linen
- Attend in-service training as required
- Uphold professional and ethical service standards
