Job Objectives of VOX FTTH Sales Specialist
- Achievement of sales targets for new sales of Fibre to the Home product suite
- Achieve targets net of churn + campaign outcomes consistently as set by Management
- Establish, maintain, expand and take ownership of customer relationships
- Take ownership, plan and carry out relevant sales process from lead to close
- Pro-actively canvas for new FTTH sales within predetermined coverage areas
Key Responsibilities of VOX FTTH Sales Specialist
- Execute sales strategy for FTTH product suite to new clients
- Ensure ‘lead management system’ Solid is updated accurately with address, sales status, technical and debtors contacts
- Schedule client meetings where and when required
- Attend door-to-door sales activities, Street Activations, Mall Activations
- Actively promote FTTH and associated products on social media platforms
- Maintain high level of Sales Energy and professional behavior at all times
Job Skills & Requirements of VOX FTTH Sales Specialist
- Target and results driven with proven sales track record
- Excellent communication skills – telephonic and face to face customer engagement
- Good computer and software application skills
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate integrity, professional and ethical behavior at all times
- Exude positive attitude and maintain high Sales Energy
- Own transport + valid driver’s license for field sales preferred
