Job Purpose – Foreman Civil Tshwane GPDD064
Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance and construction activities. Ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient use of resources for City of Tshwane infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements – Foreman Civil Tshwane GPDD064
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification in Civil Engineering/Construction Supervision
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in civil construction/maintenance
- Valid Code B/EB driver’s license
- Computer literacy – MS Office
- Knowledge of OHSA and construction regulations
Key Responsibilities – Foreman Civil Tshwane GPDD064
- Supervise civil teams on roads, stormwater, and infrastructure maintenance
- Plan daily work schedules and allocate resources
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control
- Inspect work done and sign off job cards
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment
- Compile reports and keep records
- Liaise with engineers and project managers
