MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate
– Knowledge of Batho Pele Principles
– Knowledge of access control procedures
– Knowledge of Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act
– Understanding of evacuation procedures
– Knowledge of Promotion of Access to Information Act
– Basic understanding of Criminal Procedure Act
SKILLS REQUIRED
– Verbal + written communication
– Conflict management + problem-solving
– Interpersonal relations + customer service
– Computer literacy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Monitor access control points
– Control entry + exit of visitors
– Monitor security cameras + control room
– Conduct building patrols
– Ensure safety + security within Labour Centre
– Monitor deliveries entering + leaving premises
– Provide front-line assistance to visitors + officials
