End User Computing Technician – SITA
State Information Technology Agency SITA invites applications for End User Computing Technician. Reference: VAC00464/27. Location: Middelburg, Mpumalanga.
Salary & Benefits
R257 888 – R386 832 per annum – Job Level C1
Requirements
- Grade 12 PLUS National Higher Certificate in IT NQF Level 5
- A+/N+ certification either as subject or separate certification
- 1-2 years corporate experience in End User Support environment
- Experience in LAN Infrastructure Services maintenance and support
- Knowledge of ITIL, routing and switching technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st & 2nd level LAN & desktop support
- Install and configure new IT equipment
- Implementation and maintenance of remote software deployment
- Provide LAN & desktop advisory services to clients
- Ensure resolution of hardware and software service requests within SLA
