2. Position Summary for Eskom Manager Customer Relations

The main purpose of Eskom Manager Customer Relations 2026 is to manage the acquire customer process in the operating cluster in line with customer services operations, objectives and value chain processes. This senior management role at Task Grade M16 oversees customer acquisition, relationship management and service delivery optimization for Gauteng Cluster. As Manager Customer Relations you will lead teams, manage service partners and ensure Eskom meets customer connection targets while maintaining commercial objectives.

3. Key Responsibilities for eskom_005372

  • Manage the acquire customer function process implementation across operating cluster
  • Plan and optimise acquiring customer processes for efficiency and compliance
  • Liaise with service partners to ensure timeous connections for new customers

Skills: Advanced communication, negotiation and conflict handling. Analytical skills, strategic planning, budget management, stakeholder management.

5. Minimum Requirements for Eskom Manager Customer Relations 2026

  • Qualification: B Degree, B Tech, National Higher Diploma or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7 with 360 credits in Marketing, Finance, Project Management or Business Management
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years related experience in Customer service, marketing or project management. Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge: Utility industry, customer acquisition processes, contract management, commercial operations
  • Skills: Leadership, team management, strategic planning, MS Office advanced, SAP experience advantageous
