Job Purpose: Assist the Business Unit in achieving its Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing a collections portfolio, resolving disputes, and mitigating risk.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Portfolio management and dispute resolution
2. Stakeholder engagement and communication
3. Risk mitigation and corrective measures
4. Business process improvement and optimization
5. Reporting and feedback to executive and line management
6. Relationship management with key stakeholders
7. Compliance with policies, laws, and regulations
Requirements:
1. Matric and 3-year diploma/degree (IT/Business/Engineering)
2. 3+ years of credit and collections experience
3. Team player with excellent communication skills
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
5. Telecoms industry experience advantageous
