MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
– Grade 12 / Matric certificate
– No previous experience required
– South African citizen
KNOWLEDGE + SKILLS NEEDED
– Basic computer literacy MS Office
– Good communication + interpersonal skills
– Problem-solving ability
– Telephone etiquette
– Ability to interpret legislation
– Knowledge of Employment Services legislation
– Batho Pele principles
KEY DUTIES
– Register work seekers on ESSA system
– Register available job + learning opportunities
– Refer job seekers for employment counselling
– Assist with placement administration
– Perform general administrative duties
– Participate in advocacy + awareness campaigns
